SUN: PRAY FOR ALL LEADERS OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) 178 EHC BRANCHES IN 145 NATIONS: Only 4% of the Croatian population are Christians. The EHC team there hopes to mobilise local believers to go on outreach. Pray that God would touch the hearts of faithful servants who will walk the dirty roads of their towns, cities, and villages to share the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ!
2) 350K CHRIST GROUPS WORLDWIDE: New believers in Creative Access regions face strong opposition from pagan practitioners. Pray they will have courage and strength as they learn what it means to be a Christian and how they can reach others with their new faith.
3) EHC HQ AND BRANCHES IN EVANGELISM: There has been a steady and alarming increase in crime in St Vincent and the Grenadines, leading to the deaths of many young people. Pray that the Lord would speak to the hearts of the youth of this nation and that they would hear and accept His call on their lives.
MON: PRAY FOR GOVERNMENTS AND THEIR LEADERS IN ASIA
1) FEED 5,000 CAMPAIGN IN AFRICA: Murder rates are high around the regions of Lake Victoria in Tanzania due to witchcraft rituals performed over gold miners and fishermen. They believe that the more blood they shed, the more they will excel in their jobs. Pray for deliverance and for God to bind the evil spirits.
2) CCIS 2022: The exciting online programmes and the interactive booths at Orchard Road to proclaim Christ’s birth have concluded. Pray for the audience to be touched by Christ’s love and embrace eternal life.
3) GLOBAL POPULATION HITS 8 BILLION: Population explosion leads to global resource shortage and the widening of the wealth gap between powerful and weak nations. Energy and food shortages also caused political instability and challenges to evangelism. Pray for the Gospel to spread quickly in all nations.
TUES: PRAY FOR EVANGELISM IN THE ASIAN WORKPLACE
1) THE RUSSO-UKRAINIAN WAR: Pray for the war to cease soon so that peace and stability can return for their people and the damaged economy can recover. The EHC team here has been reaching out to comfort the war victims and touch their hearts with the Gospel.
2) CREATIVE ACCESS EVANGELISM: In one CA region, many pastors and volunteers were accused of being “spies for the West” and arrested. The secret police have also detained many Christians who were not involved in protests. Pray for the persecuted believers.

WED: PRAY FOR SOCIAL CARE MINISTRY IN ASIA
1) “GERMAN-TRAINED ENGINEER ZHENG DA QIANG” AND “TESTIMONY OF DR. ZHANG YU LAN”: Using plain and simple language, the testimonies of these 2 intellectuals share how God’s word released them from the bondage of science and paganism to witness for His amazing grace. Pray for these booklets to be used to lead many to Christ.
2) “PANORAMA OF ISAIAH VOL. 2”: Vol. 1 was released last August. 20K of Vol. 2 would be printed for the APAC pastors and co-workers. The author, Rev. Liu Daoshun explains each chapter and verse in sequence to help readers understand the Gospel. Vol.1 is now available for purchase at SEHC Bookroom.
3) FU (BLESSINGS) TRACT: Everybody wants blessings, which makes CNY a great time to distribute this tract. Life B-P Church ordered another 20K copies with their address included to use in their outreach to proclaim eternal life. Please pray for the outreach efforts.
THU: PRAY FOR ASIAN TRIBAL CHURCHES & LIT. EVANGELISM 1) SEHC DONORS AND INTERCESSORS: Inflation invariably affects offerings received by ministries. Pray for the Lord to touch more brethren and shower His blessings upon those who give willingly to bless others.
2) NEW YEAR VISION OF LOCAL CHURCHES: Hopefully, evangelism can recover this year after the past 3 years of disruptions by the pandemic. Pray for the believers to return to serve in the lapsed ministries and for nurturing classes, fellowships, and Sunday school to be restored.
3) LOCAL CHURCHES AND BRETHREN IN EVANGELISM: Pray for the brethren to use SEHC’s orange bags, ang pows, and tracts during their CNY visits to lead families pressured by inflation to find new hope in Christ’s love.
FRI: PRAY FOR SEMINARY EDUCATION AND AGENCY MINISTRY
1) 100-VILLAGES MINISTRY IN INDIA: The God-loving church elder once again sponsored the printing of 100K “Glad Tidings of Great Joy” tracts, which have all been distributed. Pray for the message of His birth to enter readers’ hearts and lead to repentance, and for effective follow-up by the churches to nurture their faith.
2) “THE FUTURE OF MAN” AND “HAVE YOU FOUND IT?”: Written respectively by Dr. James Yu and Bro. Huang Bin, the tracts will have 2 million printed for the APAC region. Pray for the production, delivery, and distribution to proceed smoothly and for readers to accept Christ and find eternal security in Him.
3) TAINAN’S ALL-NATIONS CHILDREN’S EVANGELISM MINISTRY: Their co-worker Ps. Lin Meizhen hopes to train those with a burden for child evangelism and spiritual nurturing to carry on the vision. Pray for a suitable candidate from the Lord. Ps. Lin also plans to produce a video programme for outreach to children. Pray for its success and funding.
SAT: PRAY FOR THE MISSION MINISTRY OF ASIAN CHURCHES
1) A SOUL A DAY (ASAD) MINISTRY: The team reaches out to locals and migrants weekly at 10 locations rain or shine and have led many to know Christ. Pray for the new believers to get the necessary follow-up from churches and quickly become part of God’s family.
2) SEHC BOOKS USED IN MALAYSIAN CHURCHES: The complimentary books from SEHC have been a timely help to many churches in these times of inflation. Pray for readers’ spiritual growth as they read more.
3) SEHC SEEKS TO HIRE AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR: The candidate should be theologically trained and aged about 40. The candidate should possess a passion for literary ministry and be bilingual in English and Chinese. Skills needed include administration, fundraising, and publishing. Pray for the Lord to raise a suitable candidate to serve the brethren with us.
